You can request quotes and insurance services electronically just with a click. You can also send your clients the Insurance Quote Form to be completed by your client online.



eCalendar
This electronic calendar displays all of your deadlines for a particular transaction. It can be emailed to participant's reflecting "real time" transaction deadlines information.

Emailed it once and you do not need to email it again. Your client can open it on a daily basis to see any current of upcoming events. Personal reminders or scheduled meetings can also be stored in this calendar.

This feature keeps participants informed with the process of the transaction.

eCalendar All Contracts
This Calendar displays the status of contract deadlines for all your transactions. It can be accessed from the Main Dashboard.

Contract Easy Access:
Click on the property address above the deadline and it will open the CTM Dashboard detail for that particular property.



Deadlines Monitoring
CTM eContracts will notify you of all overdue deadlines Visual indication of current and past due events. The main dashboard and calendar are automatically updated to show any overdue deadlines.
CTM eContracts saves you time by automatically tracking all contract deadlines for each transaction.

When a "contract to buy and sell" is created, the system automatically keeps track of all your contract deadlines. This feature is also available for Listing Contracts.

Auto Deadline Notification: Receive automatic e-mail deadline notifications that can be customized for a specific delivery date

Convert (MEC/SSA) to calendar dates: This feature allows you to convert the MEC or SSA dates into calendar dates for all the deadlines.

Custom Deadlines
You can create your own custom deadlines for every transaction.
The system also allows you to create your own Custom Deadline Template and then apply it to your transaction.
You can also receive email deadlines notifications for your custom deadlines.

Save All Docs -File/CD
Save All Docs -File/CD Secure and complete Document Management.

This feature allows you to create a Single File Folder (ZIP) with your transaction documents from eContracts and documents uploaded to the Docs Management section. It will also include the transaction Full Report.

Burn CD with ZIP file:
After you download this zip file into your computer, then you will be able to burn a CD with all your documents from the zip file. Build your own electronic documents archive.



eContact Sheet
eContracts allows you to email this eContact Sheet, which is a real time data contact sheet. All relevant information is populated automatically from the contract or title order, etc.

This transaction full report contains all relevant information about the transaction.

Users can also send messages via email and/or text messages.

Agents will complete this form and the system will not allow them to close a file if any information required by
the Brokerage Co. or MLS is missing.



eContracts Integration
CTMOne is efficiently integrated with eContracts. Listing and Sales transactions can be easily created from the listing or sale eContracts.

CTMOne automatically converts signed eContracts documents into PDF and places them in the Docs Management folder. If the document has additional signers since it was originally converted, then CTMOne will convert the document again with the latest signature.

This means if an eContracts document has been converted into PDF and the next day the eContracts document is signed again, then CTMOne will convert the document into PDF again with the latest signatures and replace the old PDF with the new one.

Datacenter - System Architecture:
CTM eContracts Datacenter (DC1): which has state-of-the-art equipment with multiple diverse fiber conduits including one Gigabit link and two OC3's.
Main Data Servers and 3 Stand by Backups Servers, which are monitored 24x7 by an advanced alert system. We are instantly notified of problems and respond immediately to ensure you the highest service possible.
These stand by back ups servers are strategically placed in different locations around the country to avoid any system down due a catastrophe or terrorist attract.
In the case of emergency, the systems will automatically rollover the back up servers.

Down-Time (Emergency):
IMPORTANT:
Due to our System Architecture Back Ups Servers users will always have access to the software. We care for our customers, and when things do go wrong, you can trust that we are making
a Herculean effort to get things right.

Maintenance Down-Time:
We conduct maintenance in our servers in a monthly basis.
It is important to understand that these Maintenance Down-Time Schedules are server updates from Microsoft and others. These are NOT Software updates from CTM Software.
During this maintenance the system will not be down for not more than 30 minutes and we usually schedule then between the hours of from 12:30 AM to 4:00 AM.

Software Upgrades-Updates:
CTM Software is constantly upgrading, adding new features and enhancements.
The system will not be down neither the performance will be affected due this upgrades.

Your Data:
CTM Software is committed to maintain you data confidential. We don't share any of your data and we keep it confidential.

BackUps:
Your data is safe. We conduct hourly, daily and weekly backups.

Popups Blockers:
In order to use CTM eContracts you must be able to open new windows.
PopUp Blocker software will stop the system from working unless it is configured properly. If you have this type of software installed on your computer you will experience blank/white screens or screens may not appear.
Therefore, please configure your PopUp Blocker software to allow popups from www.ctmsoftware.com, if your software is not configurable, disable this software before logging in. PopUp Blockers can be included in Personal Firewalls, Internet Security software, or can be stand alone software.

Enabling JavaScript:
You must have scripting enabled to use this application.
With Internet Explorer open, select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Security tab at the top of the window. Click the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Scripting section. Verify that Enable is selected on "Active Scripting".

Enabling Cookies:
You MUST have cookies enabled to use this application.
Enabling Cookies in Internet Explorer 6 with Internet Explorer open, select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Privacy tab at the top of the window. Set the slider to the "Medium" or "Medium High" settings If there is no slider, click the "Advanced..." button and uncheck "Override automatic cookie handling", hit OK, and then adjust the slider.
