CTM eContracts was designed for screens set at a resolution of at least 800x600.

Datacenter - System Architecture:
CTM eContracts Datacenter (DC1): which has state-of-the-art equipment with multiple diverse fiber conduits including one Gigabit link and two OC3's.
Main Data Servers and 3 Stand by Backups Servers, which are monitored 24x7 by an advanced alert system. We are instantly notified of problems and respond immediately to ensure you the highest service possible.
These stand by back ups servers are strategically placed in different locations around the country to avoid any system down due a catastrophe or terrorist attract.
In the case of emergency, the systems will automatically rollover the back up servers.

Down-Time (Emergency):
Due to our System Architecture Back Ups Servers users will always have access to the software. We care for our customers, and when things do go wrong, you can trust that we are making
a Herculean effort to get things right.

Maintenance Down-Time:
We conduct maintenance in our servers in a monthly basis.
It is important to understand that these Maintenance Down-Time Schedules are server updates from Microsoft and others. These are NOT Software updates from CTM Software.
During this maintenance the system will not be down for not more than 30 minutes and we usually schedule then between the hours of from 12:30 AM to 4:00 AM.

Software Upgrades-Updates:
CTM Software is constantly upgrading, adding new features and enhancements.
The system will not be down neither the performance will be affected due this upgrades.

Your Data:
CTM Software is committed to maintain you data confidential. We don't share any of your data and we keep it confidential.

Your data is safe. We conduct hourly, daily and weekly backups.

Popups Blockers:
In order to use CTM eContracts you must be able to open new windows.
PopUp Blocker software will stop the system from working unless it is configured properly. If you have this type of software installed on your computer you will experience blank/white screens or screens may not appear.
Therefore, please configure your PopUp Blocker software to allow popups from, if your software is not configurable, disable this software before logging in. PopUp Blockers can be included in Personal Firewalls, Internet Security software, or can be stand alone software.

Enabling JavaScript:
You must have scripting enabled to use this application.
With Internet Explorer open, select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Security tab at the top of the window. Click the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Scripting section. Verify that Enable is selected on "Active Scripting".

Enabling Cookies:
You MUST have cookies enabled to use this application.
Enabling Cookies in Internet Explorer 6 with Internet Explorer open, select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Privacy tab at the top of the window. Set the slider to the "Medium" or "Medium High" settings If there is no slider, click the "Advanced..." button and uncheck "Override automatic cookie handling", hit OK, and then adjust the slider.
