What information does CTM Software.com
collect from site visitors?
You can visit CTM Software.com without telling us who you
are or revealing any personal information. While we do log IP addresses
(the Internet address of a computer) — and use cookies to track
user sessions and page views on our site, we only use such data to analyze
overall user trends, and individual users remain anonymous. Tracking user
sessions and page views helps us understand how visitors use our site, which
areas are most popular, and how long visitors spend there.
CTM Software's cookies do not collect personally identifiable information, and we do not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information collected through our site.
How is my email address or other personal
information used?
CTM Software uses email addresses and other personal information
submitted through our Web site to reply to your requests for information about
our products, services, and other general information.
We will need certain details — such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number in order to respond to your inquiries and provide you with more information on those services. We do not disclose information about individual visits to CTM Software.Com or other personal information that you may give us to any third parties without your permission.

is CTMeContracts product and why is my information needed?
CTMeContracts is an online software that allows users to create
and right interactive digital real estate contracts and securely share
confidential information from anywhere, anytime. Because CTMeContracts is Web
based, it requires the use of first and last names, billing contact information,
credit card, login name, password and a valid email address. Therefore, at
a minimum, we require such necessary information during the registration
process.
2. What information does CTM Software Online gather/track and how is it used?
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Because of the nature of our
product, we must collect personal information from users during the registration
process, including (at minimum) first and last names, an email
address, login, password, billing contact information and credit card
information. When a user registers online for a free trial of the service, CTM
Software Online will take steps to validate the credit card and billing
information supplied to us to ensure it is accurate. We also use this
information to determine your eligibility for our one-time free trial offer. The
credit card information supplied will then be used to establish your
subscription with us should you decide to continue the service after the free
trial has ended. Your email address may be used to send you periodic newsletters
from CTM Software Online and CTMeContracts. Users can opt out of
promotional emails at anytime, but will still receive communications such as
receipts, confirmation emails and customer service updates that are considered
necessary to provide the service to you. We use the information collected to
deliver services, process payments, update our records, communicate with you
about products and services and generally maintain your accounts with us.
We do not share, sell, trade, or rent your
personal information.
CTMeContracts in-session information is end-to-end encrypted. "In-session information" includes all screen sharing data, keyboard/mouse control data and text chat information. This information is never exposed in unencrypted form while temporarily resident within CTMeContracts Online communication infrastructure servers or during transmission across public or private networks.
Because of our commitment to present the best possible product to all our users, we track the category of services selected by our individual users as well as all information pertaining to user satisfaction. To ensure the quality of our product, we reserve the right to maintain evaluation and feedback records.
SESSION RECORDS: To maintain our quality of service and to assist in the analysis of product performance, we may also gather data on connection information, including the timing and size of all packets sent over the Internet during a session. The gathered information is used only to ensure the highest quality experience possible at CTMeContracts.
SECURITY INFORMATION: CTM eContracts Online also collects certain standard information about your computer for security and identification purposes. SURVEYS: In addition to required member information, we may conduct surveys and ask users to volunteer demographic information to be used on an aggregate basis for internal market research, presentation to advertisers and joint research projects with outside companies involved in product development. We use such information to better focus our product and personalize the scope of services offered to each individual user. When registering at CTM eContracts Online sites, we use cookies to store unique, randomly assigned user IDs that we generate for administrative purposes. If you wish to change your personal information, go to your My Personal Information page where you can change your user name, email address and password, as well as update your credit card and billing information. 5. How does CTM Software Online protect my information from loss, misuse or alteration?
CTM Software Online uses industry-standard efforts to safeguard the
confidentiality of personally identifiable information, including encryption,
firewalls and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
Furthermore, CTM Software Online
is not liable for loss of passwords due to user carelessness. If you lose
control over your password, you may lose control over your personally
identifiable information. If you believe your password has been compromised, we
recommend that you immediately change your password. For information on how to

6. What does CTM Software Online do with Recommend Us/Referral information?
If a user elects to use our referral service, Recommend Us, for informing a friend about our site, we ask the user for the friend's name and email address. At your request, the friend will then receive a one-time automated email inviting them to a free trial of CTMeContracts.
CTM Software Online does not store the mail sent, but does keep a record of who sent the email and to whom it was sent. To request the removal of this information from our database, the friend may contact CTM Software Online by sending a message to [email protected].

we hyperlink to, host or manage for customers and third parties with which we

obligated to provide information about its site visitors?
CTM Software
cooperates fully with law enforcement, other governmental agencies, and third
parties to enforce laws, defend intellectual property, and protect other rights.
